To the Lewis family I am sure you know what a special guy Steve was to all. My sincerest condolences to all of you. I am sure Steve is in heaven keeping everyone with a smile on their faces. He kept one on all of our for years. Forever in our hearts and always a class of 87 Dragon forever. Rest in peace my good friend. See you on the other side.

Algebra 1 (September 1983) may seem like ancient history but Steve's stroll into my classroom was the beginning of so many wonderful memories. Besides our classroom student/teacher interactions, we had four years of many high-fives for Dragon (#89) football and then, much to my surprise, DJ Steve appeared and "worked" my daughter Eileen's wedding in July 1999! Any mention of his name would always make me smile. It is so sad to say goodbye but the "memories" and smiles are forever.
I am so very sorry for your loss...
May he rest in peace...
