Obituary for Patrick B Corcoran
Patrick B. Corcoran, age 97, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at his home in Brick. Born in Ireland, Patrick came to the United States when he was a child. He has resided in Brick for the last 14 years.
Mr. Corcoran worked for many years as a Brewer with Anheuser Busch in Newark.
Patrick was a communicant of St. Dominic’s RC Church in Brick. He enjoyed traveling to Ireland whenever he got the chance.
He is predeceased by his beloved wife Ruth in 2005; his son, Robert Corcoran and 6 brothers and sisters.
Surviving are his children, Kevin Corcoran, Patricia Corcoran, Winnie Navickas, James Corcoran, Terence Corcoran, Maureen Nepveu, Kathleen Peluso, Regina Oleck, Eleanor Magley, Patrick Corcoran, Jr. and Michael Corcoran; 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019 from 4-7 p.m. at O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Rd., Brick. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, August 24th at 9:00 a.m. at St. Dominic’s RC Church followed by the interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
