Obituary for Mary Christine Perry (Ragan)
Mary Christine Ragan Perry 54 of Toms River died Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Community Medical Center, Toms River after succumbing to her battle with addiction. Born in Huntingdon Valley, PA, Mary grew up in Sea Girt and lived in Virginia Beach, VA and Belmar before moving to Toms River a year ago. Mary attended Sea Girt Elementary School, St. Rose High School, and Virginia Wesleyan University. She was a teacher for Virginia Beach Schools for more than 20 years. She enjoyed traveling and playing golf.
Mary was predeceased by her parents, Frank X. Ragan Jr. and Nelda Ragan, and her husband Doug Perry. Surviving are her 8 siblings, Frank X. Ragan III, W. Peter Ragan Sr., James J. Ragan, David J. Ragan, Elizabeth Ragan, Robert M. Ragan, Richard T. Ragan, Thomas A. Ragan, and their spouses. She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews.
