I have fond memories of Mrs. Kelly who was a neighbor growing up and Mom to my childhood best friends. I was happy to see her love of gardening mentioned; she always had the nicest lawn and garden on the block! She had a lot of patience in dealing with the neighborhood kids with all our silliness and antics over the years. My condolences to Mary Kay and Ashley. Laurie Walker (Lukowitz)

Our family was very fortunate to grow up when we did. It was a time when children went outside to play, neighbors shared a glass of tea and good conversation on the front porch. The neighborhood looked out for everyone and you knew everyone’s name. Our family developed a special relationship with Tina and her girls. From babysitting to cutting the lawn. We developed a bond and it lasted a lifetime. Tina will be missed be everyone that had the great fortune to know her and work with her. She was a beautiful person. Mary Kay, I am sorry I can not be there for you. Know that I love you and keep you in my thoughts and prayers. With all my Love Jay Miller

I grew up 2 houses down from Mrs Kelly I spent a lot of time there with her 2 daughters. I remember they used to tell me this story about when Tina was young girl and she was on a diet but she really wanted a “ poke chop” I had great times at her house I wish I didn’t have to move from our neighborhood Love, Maria Shurts
